Whew this is thrirsty work!

Whilst we enjoyed our beverages at the club the ladies opted for a night dive off Kata Beach last night. Instructor Lauren with Divemaster Candidate Theresa introduced Advanced Course student Farah to her first night dive. Farah completed her Open Water Course so much that she immediately signed up for the Advanced Course. It seems like she is yet another student who has been bitten by the bug!

Happy Songkran!

Yesterday we celebrated our 3rd new year this year….the Thai New Year which is called Songkran. This is one of our favourite Thai festivals as we love getting wet one way or another.

Much fun was had by all as usual, starting with a morning dive along our Karon House Reef, followed by a second dive just in time for a late buffet lunch in between the water fights.

The highlight of the day was when Lauren caught Alex fast asleep with a huge bucket of cold water. He was exhausted after his first two sessions on the streets. Trust him to think that nobody would notice his sneaky little nap!

A day at the beach is not all sunbathing and ice cream. Behind the scenes we do put in our bahts worth to ensure that our customers enjoy their diving around Phuket with the club. Our latest addition is the new dive shop pooch Mischief. He likes to hang around the divers to ensure that he gets his fair share of attention.

Best Buddies!

Advanced Course student Alex recently had the pleasure of buddying up with this gorgeous Hawksbill turtle whilst diving at the West of Eden dive site located at the world famous Similan Islands.

During the high season months we arrange diving tours on these Liveaboard cruises to The Similan and Surin Islands located north of Phuket. We offer boats for all budgets ranging from basic, to medium and luxury style class.

For those who are not certified Advanced divers we offer this PADI course with Phuket Scuba Club on the cruise at a discounted rate of 8900 baht.
